International law firm Eversheds required a wired & wireless guest internet solution for its offices in London, Leeds and Singapore.
In particular the service needed to be reliable, secure and suitable for use by Eversheds staff and the large number of guests visiting the offices each day. Airangel designed and installed a content rich internal portal that was location-specific, ensuring that Eversheds maintained its core brand image and also offered tailored information relevant to the individual offices’ locations.
As well as providing a valuable service to staff and visitors, the portal has also enabled Eversheds to log, archive and retrieve all relevant information as part of the Lawful Intercept obligations. The service has also enabled wired meeting room access and driverless printing.
Airangel assigned a brand manager to the Eversheds site to manage the process and offer complete 24/7 technical support. In addition the service is iPASS compliant and meets all authentication, authorisation and accounting (AAA) requirements.The installation of the Virtual Concierge portal has transformed Eversheds’ guest experience and has enabled their staff to hotdesk more efficiently.
