Airangel was asked to create a content-rich portal that would offer genuine added value for guests and exhibitors of the HIC, providing useful information such as floor plans, local accommodation and places to eat.

The system required a large level of flexibility to accommodate the wide variety of venue guests and adapt to different events’ needs.

Airangel developed a content management tool that allowed HIC staff to update the WiFi portal daily and provided more personalised contact with clients and event delegates.

Airangel has also created bespoke portals for individual events and conferences at the HIC which have both the venue and event branding. The portals act as a virtual concierge for each event providing useful information for all guests.

The portal also provides an additional source of marketing revenue for HIC and guests can both view and purchase tickets for upcoming events at the venue via the service.

24/7 technical support is included and the portal has been designed to be compatible with all mobile phones and PDA devices to ensure optimum accessibility for all guests.
