
Airangel have developed an online Helpdesk Management Tool that is issued to clients on completion of their Guest Internet solution. The Management Tool can be used to create guest and event Internet access codes and allows clients to view any issues than have arisen as well as create tickets for issues that they would like the Airangel Development team to focus their attention on.

Create Internet access codes
Event and guest internet access codes can be created using the Helpdesk Tool. The up and down bandwidth, amount of concurrent users, start time and the expiry date can be predetermined here.
View support tickets
A summary of calls made to the Airangel support team are shown on the first screen of the Tickets tab. Each call taken will be issued a ticket ID and a brief report will be summarised for that ticket, detailing the location of the problem, whom the problem has been assigned to and its status. This allows clients to view problems that have arisen, and also the status of the issue - and the resolution made.
