Over the last week, Airangel have adopted the infrastructure at 109 Caravan Club parks (that were previously serviced by Leisure Technology), and have successfully integrated our guest Internet access software, ensuring that guests to these parks can connect to the Internet quickly, easily and securely.
As before, this service is fully supported by a technical contact centre that a guest can call for friendly and professional help and assistance.

AirConnect
AirConnect is a welcoming portal that is branded in-line with your Caravan Park. The portal that holds guests in a welcoming and intelligent environment until steps are taken to validate that a guest is authorised to access the Internet.
AirConnect is flexible to allow for creative authentication options and Internet access plans can be based on duration, bandwidth quotation or bandwidth speed, with billing mechanisms such as payment by credit card, or voucher card.

AirAd’s
There are options available to monetize your Wi-Fi system through the delivery of unobtrusive, complimentary advertising on your guest portal. Revenue is accrued via every page impression. Additional revenue can be generated by offering an ‘Ad’s for Access’ service, whereby Internet access is sponsored by a premium advertiser and revenue is generated based on guest Interaction with the ad placed. Guest support
Apart from the speed and ease of connection to a Wi-Fi network, the next most important factor in determining a satisfied customer is the service they receive when things don’t go according to plan. Airangel recognize that there is a “guest Patience window” inside which our support team must act rapidly to resolve the user issue before the service is deemed unsatisfactory.
Any issues that do arise are handled by technically competent system experts who endeavour to resolve issues quickly. If a problem needs further input, we have a 2nd line on-call service that is then tasked to speak with the user to ensure resolution is achieved.
In essence Airangel’s support desk becomes part of your support team allowing your staff to focus on their core duties.

Guests can purchase Internet access by credit/debit card (through the portal), or through the purchase of a voucher code.
You also have the option to monestise your Wi-Fi portal through the placement of premium advertising.
