Airangel are pleased to be working with Local Measure to offer a new integration which enables their guest satisfaction tool, Pulse.
Pulse allows a venue to monitor how their customers are feeling about their experience at different intervals throughout their stay.
When coupled with Airangel’s Guest WiFi Management Platform, Pulse can appear as part of the guest’s login journey. The guest will be asked a single, unobtrusive question during their stay as opposed to other guest feedback surveys that only ask for the guest’s view, in the form of large cumbersome surveys, once they have left the property.
