Malmaison Hotel du Vin, the leading lifestyle hotel brands and Airangel customer for over a decade, recently announce significant investment into upgrading its wireless network infrastructure.

Malmaison enlisted the services of Airangel for their latest network refresh and to provide safe and secure WiFi that is easy to deploy, simple to manage and allows guests to get online quickly with the minimum amount of effort.

Our focus has always been on delivering the very best experience for our guests and we believe that connectivity is an important aspect of this. Extending our free WiFi service has enabled us to provide a more seamless and user friendly experience for our guests, whilst helping them to stay connected with their colleagues, friends and family.

The investment reinforces the brands’ ongoing commitment to constantly improving the guest experience and to meet the needs of today’s travellers. The updated offering will see improved connectivity and convenience throughout the group’s 33 hotels. Benefits include a faster connection and stronger, more reliable WiFi coverage, designed to ensure less dropout and downtime.

The investment programme began in January 2017 and, so far, 19 properties have undergone a complete upgrade of their wireless offering with the remaining 14 hotels expected to be completed by the end of July.
